Stellantis N.V. is the Netherlands-incorporated, NYSE/Euronext-listed parent of Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, Dodge and Fiat, whose vehicles use the Uconnect connected-car platform operated in the U.S. by subsidiary FCA US LLC. FCA US LLC's own Uconnect Privacy Policy discloses collection of broad vehicle telemetry (location, diagnostic, odometer, collision, speed, tire-pressure and driving-history data), use of cookies/web beacons to track website and app usage, and disclosure of personal information to third parties for marketing purposes, without a located no-sell statement. The Jeep companion app's own Apple App Store privacy label declares precise location and email as 'Data Linked to You' used for the developer's own advertising/marketing and analytics. Ownership is fully traceable through Stellantis's own SEC 20-F and EDGAR filings, which also self-disclose a 2025 breach of a third-party service provider's platform supporting North American customer service operations; Stellantis states the affected platform did not store financial or sensitive personal information and that it has not been materially impacted. No FTC or state-AG enforcement order was found via a primary source during this review.
