WHAT THE POLICIES SAY

Magnite, Inc. is a publicly traded (Nasdaq: MGNI), Delaware-incorporated sell-side advertising platform (SSP) headquartered in New York, which its own 10-K describes as 'the world's largest independent omni-channel sell-side advertising platform' and 'the largest independent programmatic CTV marketplace.' Its Advertising Platform Privacy Policy discloses that it uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect IP addresses, cookie data and device identifiers from users who visit publisher ('Digital Media Property') sites and apps that run its technology, and assigns its own identifiers to devices to support ad targeting; the same policy carries a Texas-law data-broker disclosure stating it 'may sell (as defined under Texas law) your sensitive personal data.' Magnite's 10-K discloses it has recently been subject to class-action lawsuits alleging violations of various privacy statutes (allegations, not a judgment or settlement) and separately states it is not aware of any cybersecurity incident that has materially affected the company. Its own CCPA transparency table shows very low request-fulfillment rates (4 of 29 access requests and 1 of 72 deletion requests completed in 2025).

Magnite's fiscal-year-2025 Form 10-K cover page identifies the registrant as Magnite, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in New York, New York, with common stock trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under ticker MGNI, and states in its business overview that Magnite believes it is 'the world's largest independent omni-channel sell-side advertising platform ("SSP")' and the largest independent programmatic CTV marketplace.

[2026-07-01] · SHARING
Magnite's privacy policy carries a Texas-law special disclosure stating the entity maintaining the site is a registered data broker and that it 'may sell (as defined under Texas law)' users' sensitive personal data; elsewhere the policy states certain of its data practices may constitute the 'sharing' or 'selling' of User Information for targeted advertising under other states' privacy laws.

[2026-02-19] · TRACK RECORD
The same 10-K discloses that Magnite 'has recently been subject to class action lawsuits alleging violations of various privacy statutes' and that, separately, it filed a lawsuit against Google in September 2025 (the 'Google Action'); it states these matters are subject to uncertain outcomes not predictable with assurance.

[2026-07-01] · TRACK RECORD
Magnite's own privacy policy publishes a CCPA annual request-statistics table showing that during 2025 it received 29 access ('know') requests globally, completing 4, and 72 deletion requests, completing only 1 — a self-published rights-fulfillment transparency report, though the completion rate is very low, most requests failing identity verification or lacking sufficient information.

[2026-07-01] · TRACKING TECH
The same policy describes the tracking mechanism directly: Magnite uses cookies and 'similar tracking technology' plus vendor-assigned identifiers to recognize a particular device without necessarily knowing the individual's identity, enabling Magnite, its Clients (publishers/advertisers) and third-party partners to select advertisements across sessions and Digital Media Properties.
