WHAT THE POLICIES SAY

Euki is a menstrual-cycle, medication, and sexual-and-reproductive-health tracking app published by Euki, Inc., a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 99-1591998) that grew out of a collaboration between the reproductive-health research nonprofit Ibis Reproductive Health and the abortion-access nonprofit Women Help Women. Euki's own Privacy Policy and a dedicated Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy — published to comply with Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's Consumer Health Data Privacy Law — state the App does not collect, and is not capable of collecting, any user information, requires no account, and keeps all data a user enters on the device. A July 2026 BBC Future article reporting on a Mozilla Foundation investigation of six popular period trackers described Euki as 'squeaky clean' and the only app of the six Mozilla recommends without reservations. No breach, regulatory action, or other trust-violation record involving Euki was found in this research.

OWNERSHIP TRANSPARENCY
Euki's published history page states the app, first released on app stores in 2019, grew out of a collaboration between the reproductive-health research nonprofit Ibis Reproductive Health and the abortion-access nonprofit Women Help Women, and describes Euki as having since grown into an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit tech organization.

SHARING
Euki's Privacy Policy states that the only information it ever shares is 'Voluntary Information' a user affirmatively provides (for example, by emailing customer support), and even that is shared only to comply with legal process such as a subpoena or in narrow good-faith safety/fraud circumstances — no advertising, analytics, or data-broker sharing of any kind is described.

Euki's Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy states that Consumer Health Data is not shared with any party beyond the same narrow legal-process exception already described in the main Privacy Policy — directly addressing the reproductive-health-specific concern that period-tracker data could be obtained by law enforcement or third parties.

[2026-07-28] · TRACK RECORD
The same BBC Future article reporting on Mozilla's period-tracker privacy investigation describes Mozilla's assessment of Euki as 'squeaky clean'; no breach, regulatory action, or other trust-violation record involving Euki was found in this research, making this third-party privacy investigation the one affirmative artifact behind this pillar's score.

TRACKING TECH
Euki's Privacy Policy states the App does not automatically collect personally identifiable or anonymous information such as device identifiers, IP address, operating-system or browser type, or information about how the App is used — the categories of data that typically feed analytics or advertising SDKs — and separately states the App does not track users to provide targeted advertising.

A BBC Future article (July 28, 2026) reporting on a Mozilla Foundation investigation of six popular period trackers — Flo, Clue, Stardust, Spot On, Period Calendar, and Euki — states Euki is the only one of the six Mozilla recommends without reservations, and that unlike the other apps reviewed, Euki keeps all health information stored on the user's device without sending it to the company's servers.
